In 1991, Glenda graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. After working at the Ottawa General Hospital in acute care for just over a year, Glenda made the move out west to Edmonton, AB to work at Kinsmen Sports Centre Physical Therapy Clinic specializing in sports injuries. She received her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy in 1998 which allowed her to travel internationally as part of the Canadian medical team for the Summer Universiade Games in Beijing, China (2001) and Izmir, Turkey (2005).
In addition to her sports specialization, she has her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Certificate in Medical Acupuncture and training in Visceral Manipulation. Diversifying even further, Glenda has been working as a Transformational Life Coach since July 2011. Her treatment style reflects the integration of philosophies and techniques gained through her varied post graduate studies and work experiences. Glenda brings a holistic approach to her treatment philosophy by addressing the mind, body and spirit.
Glenda loves the outdoors, doing yoga, meditating, dancing, riding her bike and enjoying time with her 2 daughters and husband.
