Biography

Holly is a graduate of the University of Alberta's Master of Science Physical Therapy program. She was born and raised in the Edmonton area and takes great joy in giving back to our community here through volunteer work and participation in local events. Holly has a passion for helping people and a love for staying active, which fueled her desire to become a physical therapist. She looks forward to helping her patients reclaim the activities they cherish most. Providing exceptional quality care is her priority, as she believes every individual deserves the opportunity to have their story heard and to achieve optimal physical and mental well-being.

During her leisure time, you'll often find Holly exploring hiking trails or scuba diving. She also enjoys camping, water sports, and weight training in the gym. And she has to mention, that my lively puppies, Gus and Obi-Wan Kenobi, bring a lot joy to her life!

She uses a blend of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and comprehensive education, with the aim of making the journey towards your goals both effective and engaging. Through empowering you with self-management strategies and relevant knowledge, her goal is to facilitate long-lasting results while minimizing the risk of recurrence in a collaborative manner.
